ACTIONS TO BE TAKEN WITH RESPECT TO INTERNATIONAL HEALTH TOURISM PATIENTS AND THEIR COMPANIONS
THINGS TO DO BEFORE THE TRIP

If this is possible in the country of origin, the patient and accompanying persons should receive a document with a negative COVID-19 PCR test result carried out within the last 48 hours before the trip.

If this is possible in your country, it should be a COVID-19 PCR test result document that was drawn up in the last 48 hours before arrival and with a negative result.

A medical mask must be worn throughout the flight from the moment of boarding. In any case, the mask should be renewed every three hours. While changing the new mask, hands should be cleaned with an antiseptic.
WHAT TO DO AT CUSTOMS CONTROL

The COVID-19 PCR test result document prepared within the last 48 hours before arrival and with a negative result. Documents showing that they were invited to our country as part of international health tourism must be submitted.

A COVID-19 PCR test or a PCR sample should be taken in the intermediate areas at the entrances to Turkey.

A medical mask must be worn during customs checks.

In case the PCR test is positive, passengers and staff of airplanes or buses should be managed according to the contact algorithm according to the COVID-19 guide.

Requirements for returning from Turkey to your country:

Your negative Covid PCR test result,

Your proforma invoice and treatment results that we will present to you.
With the precautions and measures we have taken, you can easily enter our country and return to your country once your treatment has been completed if the necessary precautions have been observed.
Based on the rules to be followed by the Covid-19 pandemic, you must show the negative result of the Covid PCR test to board the plane to and from the countries. The result of this test should not exceed 48 hours. You must comply with this rule before entering our country, but we provide you with this test for your return.
When you leave your country, you can show your online Proforma Invoice that we will give you as your travel reason document, and you can easily start your journey with the documents of your medical treatment results and your Invoice that we will give you also present upon your return.
With these certificates you can:

Being on the streets during curfew (or lockdown),

Leaving your department/region/country of residence,

To travel abroad and enter the national territory,

In cases such as circumvention of the quarantine obligation.
